Forget the 2nd bed; and see my description about it.

This (old, secondhand-style) sofa bed without a cover has four fixed legs (each with four screws). When you set it up, both the headboard and the footboard fall to the floor, which is 25 cm too low. Only thanks to my fixed motorcycle box and a backpack was I able to balance the whole thing; I was able to lie with the double bed's duvet in a way that didn't hurt my back. The yellow sofa is pictured, and you'd expect to be able to sleep "normally" on it, but that wouldn't be the case.

Generally good value, some features in need of improvement

Great location, just steps away from the riverwalk to town centre. The apartment is fairly functional and had everything we needed for a short stay - fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine. Cutlery and crockery are provided but they're all mismatched (not a problem for us). Our room (number 1) did not look on to the main street outside, so there was no disturbance from traffic. We really appreciated the fact that there was an effective fan provided to keep the apartment cool in the hot weather we had.

We did consider this to be generally good value for money and were not expecting a luxury apartment, but guests should be aware that some things are just a bit off the mark. Previous reviews said the apartment was 'exceptional,' but that seems to be an exaggeration compared to our experience. The air conditioner equipment from the restaurant below was outside our window on the balcony; it is very noisy - so not great if you want to sleep with the window open. The balcony has a table and chairs, but they were rather dirty and not in great condition (the fabric of one chair seat was badly torn), so we didn't feel comfortable using them. There was no traffic noise at all, but you can clearly hear other people arriving on the stairs and then moving about upstairs. We weren't in most of the day, but if you're sensitive to noise, this might bother you. There is a TV, but we couldn't find any instructions as to how to use it. We think you can get Netflix if you know your passcode, but no idea if you can get terrestrial channels. Towels were provided, but they weren't folded up, they were hanging from the bathroom towel rails when we arrived, so it felt almost as though they had been left by previous occupants - but we're really not sure. On the second night we got back to discover there was no hot water at all. There had apparently been a powercut during the day. We managed to restart the boiler ourselves, but it would have been helpful if the owner had left us a note or sent a message to tell us about the problem and what to do.

De ruime badkamer, keuken en terras. Duidelijk contact met verhuurder. Ze antwoordt onmiddellijk. Fijne en vriendelijke vrouw.

Het zetelbed ligt echt slecht. Hier mag zeker in geīnvesteerd worden. Vocht in de keuken. Het regende daar binnen omdat het buiten zo hard regende.

Très bon séjours, apparemment très bien placé et hôtes à l'écoute

L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment bien. La réactivité des propriétaires suite à un malentendu avec un voisin L'appartement est vraiment bien équipé.

Le lit d'appoint était cassé, nous avons du caler des coussins pour qu'il reste droit pour pouvoir dormir dessus Il y a bien une cafetière mais nous aurions bien aimé avoir au moins une capsule de café pour savoir lesquelles acheter.

Séjour agréable

Appartement très propre, situé dans un quartier calme à pied 20min de la gare et du centre. Petite terrasse à l’arrière plutôt sympa avec une belle cuisine. Facilité pour récupérer la clé et gentillesse des propriétaires Appartement très sécurisé.

La pompe à chaleur sur la terrasse reliée à la cuisine du restaurant juste en dessous mais plus aucun bruit à partir de 22h30 jusqu'à l’ouverture du restaurant le lendemain. Problème d’insonorisation car on entend tout de l’Appartement à côté si les gens sont présents. Pas d’ascenseur et escalier peut-être rude même au 1er etage pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes articulaires.
