It looks nice inside and the bed was comfortable.
It’s in a poor location boarded up properties around and it smelled strange. I felt vulnerable. Very expensive for the location. The Uber driver almost refused to take me there from the station.

Location and place to park at the door. Very clean and peaceful for a good night's sleep. Short walk to the Etihad stadium. Looked to be well equipped in general. Plenty of hot water. Neighbours said hello.
The steep stairs were a challenge and my wife had to crawl up and down. Not aware of this issue, was it in the details? For children need a stairgate to be available. Could not find the light switch at the bottom of stairs. Volume of plant pots taking up so much of work surfaces Could not find cereal bowls. Kitchen floor clean but sticky to footwear. We needed instructions for TV use.

Loved the decor throughout, great location, bed was really comfortable
Some facilities could do with improving, we was only there one night so would have benefitted from stuff like milk sachets. Also the instructions to work there door to open it wasn’t that clear.
