Very clean, parking around the back was good. Coffee and tea available and a convenient place to stay for 5 to 6 people.
The only negative for me and it is a minor thing, is there is no blind/cover for the window in the rooms, so the light is very bright shining through in the morning. Not a massive thing as we were tired from the long drive and having attended clubland that evening.

Only a 15 minute walk from the eithad stadium. Very clean. Free parking. Easy to find.
Didn’t sleep very well at all. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no blind on the sky light in the bedroom which meant the street light directly outside shone into the bedroom all night. The shower wasn’t great either. Either too hot or too cold with no real power behind it. Paid £250 for one night which I feel was overpriced for what we got.
