Great location for the Etihad, clean and comfortable accommodation. Also plenty of car parking. Owners were really helpful and gave prompt responses.

Just a few minor things. It is a small apartment, there were 4 of us and it would be very cramped if there had been any more. Utensils and cooking equipment were basic (eg no coffee machine or wine glasses). The location is basically in the middle of a large junction, so there is traffic noise. Given that we felt it was a bit expensive (£400 for one night), but would book again as it so convenient for an event at the Etihad or Coop Live.

Nice clean property with everything we needed. We attended a concert at etihad and walked back after. Perfect location, comfy beds.

It was a bit expensive £250 for one night, and the night after would have only been £100. Maybe because there was a concert it was bumped up.

Clean tidy and spacious apartment

Location.

The flat is spacious. There are all the basic amenities. Quite modern and clean. There is a shop next door where you can buy basic groceries. Spare bed linen and towels. The building is quiet. The price corresponds to the accommodation. Clear and understandable instructions on how to collect the keys.

Strange smell when entering the apartment but it was possible to air it out. There were hairs on the sheets but the sheets were washed but probably just poorly cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. It was about 33 degrees outside and there is no air conditioning inside. The windows can be opened but there is a very busy road and a lot of noise from cars.
