“Brassic”

The beds were very “creaky “ and hard. No hot water or heating in the morning. The shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. The water just trickled out.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Place had everything we needed for a one night stay. TV was good.

It was a bit isolated. We would have liked a pub or restaurant within a ten minute walk. Also, some blankets would have been good, for use in sitting room and beds. Especially in autumn/spring when you don't want to put heating on. Also, couldn't get hot water from kitchen tap.

Very good

We were staying for one night at this house with 3 families, two adults each. The apartment has fully met our expectations. It was clean and karge enough, with three bedrooms - one for each family. There is a possibility to park a car on the property. The host - David - has met us at the property to hand over the keys and to explain/show everything. David is a very pleasant and helpful host. The house is located at the surburb and it takes good 25-30 minutes to get the city center by walking. The easier option is to take a taxi (either Uber or CrestaCars) - 10 minutes ride that cost us 11 pounds for a minivan. If we would have been with 4 - e.g. fitting a single regular car - the price for a ride would have been around 6 pounds. When checking out we just had to leave the keys at the lockbox.

A single bathroom/toilet is a scarce resource for a company of 6 people. Also the pillows were too high for our taste.

David was a brilliant host! So welcoming and friendly with fantastic communication. The property was good in size and clean. Location was great close to town centre with a driveway for 1 car and another space for the second car.

A clean and comfortable stay just outside Manchester City centre that is wallet friendly.

The property was well maintained and presented professionally by the host. It was nice to have a property tour and an opportunity to ask the host questions about the local services and experiences. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean and suitable for sustained use during my stay. The lounge/living area had TV and streaming services available which was an exciting surprise! The off road parking and CCTV ensured I felt safe and secure.
