Cityfront Luxe Apt Near City Centre Facing Etihad & Coop Live, Free Parking

Exactly what we needed, clean and tidy with everything we needed. Secure parking right outside the building easy check in (which was earlier than most normal check in times too!) would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Location for Coop Live is superb and reason for booking it. Clean and comfortable. Shower was high power! Very nice.

Some minor issues with getting in that were quickly and easily sorted through contacting the property.

Felt like we were in somebody's home

The location for Co op live in as was good. On arrival we were supposed the get the apartment key from the open letter box rack in the foyer. We opened the letter box and there was no key. I phoned Bookings.com number and had to wait 20 minutes before being connected to customer services. In the meantime time my wife phone the local agent number only to get a voice may so she left a message. Back to my call, after 25 mins I spoke with a BC agent explaining the situation. He kept me on hold whilst he as he contact the local agent. The BC agent never re-connected himself to our call and the call was cut off after 36 minutes! Half a hour later my wife called the local agent again this time getting a to talk to someone. She was told he would try to contact the cleaner to get her to provide a key. AFTER AN HOUT AND A HALF OF WAITING AND TRYING TO RESOVED THIS WE FINALLY GOT A KEY. ATROCIOUS SERVICE!!

Deficiencies: Both TVs were set up for streaming only for the usual, accountants were set up for non-booking.com occupant, neither TVs had a coaxial feed so would not receive terrestial broadcasts. In the beige bedroom the bedside table ready to collapse, beige bedroom ensuite dispenser is broken. I very much got the feel this apartment was occupied mainly full time by someone else and was cleared for clients when a booking was taken. Just look at the state in the utility room!! This apartment is not worth £300 a night. We will never book none- hotel accommodation with booking.com again.
