Great apartment. Top floor with a balcony which was nice. Very clean and great facilities, everything you need. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Fantastic location for what we wanted (Co op Live). Would absolutely recommend Waters Edge.
It was rather warm being on the top floor but plenty of windows to open, including the balcony doors.

Lovely large apartment, loved the sofa really large and loads of space for 3 adults to sit on. Nice balcony area with great view of the Eithiad. Spacious bathroom and ensuite in the main bedroom. Twin room was small but was perfect for our one night stay.
Asked to wash up our dishes and empty the bins before leaving.
