Location
Some places were not cleaned (example stovetop and oven grates). Also the water heater stopped working in the middle of a family member’s shower.

Location very convenient for Co-Op Live Arena
Public spaces were shabby and dirty. The owner did not provide key cards for entrance to the building. Basic tea and coffee facilities were not provided.
