Prompt and clear communication regarding both check-in and check-out. Location was very central. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Everything you could ask for was available and provided.
Maybe a bath mat in the shower to lower the risk of falling.

Fantastic location. Only a quick taxi ride away from the Arndale centre for shopaholics or China town for a tasty oriental delight night. The apartment is luxurious and spacious. Great rainfall shower. Nice and powerful. Great cooking facilities. Plenty of wall heaters if needed for extra warmth on a chilli night. Quirky upstairs sleeping arrangements with super comfy pillows and mattresses. Easy access and clear check-in instructions. Informative hosts. Security deposit swiftly returned. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again. As close to Santorini as one will get without travelling abroad! Thanks both. đź‘Ť

The open plan is quite spectacular. The furnishing is very white and modern - we stayed away from red wine because of this. The hosts are truly great - nothing is ever too much and I felt comfortable getting into the property etc. as they were quick replying back to messages.
When we entered we got a smell of green plant. It was only in a small part of the apartment (the corridor near the entrance door inside the AP) the smell consistently stayed there. Maybe it was past residents, but something they should look into when letting people stay.

Nicely minimalstically furnished. Quirky with everything a single or couple would need
The whole place was stuffy - the four fans provided helped but only two internal courtyard windows for air.
The second bedroom was unuseable - dangerously low ceiling and no ventilation.
