Full and great house

The location of the house is good, it is great to have its own parking lot in front of the house. It has two separate rooms, a living room and a large kitchen. It is very suitable for a family with two children or a group of friends of 3-4 people. The furnishings in the house are full and very useful, everything is there, all details are thought out. The powerful air conditioner in the living room is enough for all rooms. There is a large balcony. The owner left ice cream and pizza in the fridge, we liked it very much. We accidentally broke the key to the entrance door of the house, the owner welcomed it maturely. We wanted to pay the fee but he did not accept it. He is very polite. He is a hospitable and helpful person. We thank him very much. We recommend this house to everyone.

Totul a fost foarte bine. Mulțumesc proprietarului, care a fost foarte amabil. L-am rugat să mă ducă la aeroport pentru că transportatorii erau în grevă și nu aveam cu ce să ajung.

Singurul inconvenient a fost, că de fiecare dată când aveam nevoie de apă caldă, trebuia să sunăm proprietarul și dura cam 20 de minute să se încălzească apa.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Μείναμε καταευχαριστημένοι! Θερμό καλωσόρισμα με κρασί και γιορτινά γλυκά μιας και μείναμε τις μέρες της Πρωτοχρονιάς Ο κύριος Γιάννης ο ιδιοκτήτης, ειναι ευγενέστατος άνθρωπος και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας Σε πολύ ωραία ήσυχη γειτονιά, ενα ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο και άριστα εξοπλισμένο σπίτι Στα μεγάλα ατού για τους χειμερινούς μήνες η αυτόνομη θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και έκανε σίγουρο να μην μας λείψει τίποτα Οταν ξαναέρθουμε Καβάλα σίγουρα αυτό θα επιλέξουμε πάλι για να μείνουμε!

Ne-am simțit ca acasă

Gazda foarte primitoare și răspundea rapid la orice solicitare. Am putut folosi orice este în casă. Casa a fost foarte curată. Diminețile au fost superbe datorită cântecului păsărilor din vecini. Sfat: ar trebui lăsată o foaie cu WiFi-ul si parola :)

Sigurul lucru “deranjant” a fost faptul ca in dormitorul cu paturi separate nu am putut deschide dulapul și a trebuit să ținem hainele în valiză.

Mnoogo simpatičan smeštaj sa prelepom terasom i udobnim krevetima. Parking se nalazi odmah ispred ulaza. Sobe prostrane ali nemaju klimu. U dnevnoj se nalaze 2 klime i one super rashlade i sobe. :) Kuhinja prostrana sa trpezarijom, opremljena sjajno. Kupatilo novo, odlično. Ima i veš mašinu. Dnevna soba mala ali sasvim dovoljna za 4 osobe. Internet odličan 10/10. :) Dogovor sa vlasnikom lak, jednostavan. U zamrzivaču sladolediii :))

Къщата е прекрасна, намира се в тих район има и частен паркинг за колата. Напълно оборудвана има всичко необходимо за престоя там. Обзаведена е със стил и с очарователни малки елементи, усещането е като у дома. Престоят ми беше идеален, на пешеходно разстояние има два магазина, кафе, пицария и пекарна. Домакина е много любезен и отзивчив. Стаите са широки, леглата се удобни. Препоръчвам.
