Amazing house with view and utilities

Very good location with LIDL in 2 minutes walk and place for the car to park. You have an amazing view and can eat outside the house. All windows have metal blinds so you can sleep and keeps the house cool. All utilities are available and nothing was missing. The host was amazing and showed us all the places we wanted to visit.

A place suitable for families with kids.

We liked the view (one could see the sea), the fact we had a supermarket near by and could prepare meals for the girls, the fact that the location was in a calm area, free parking spaces.

Calm neighborhood and nice view, welcoming host, no "surprises" - we got what we expected. Nice terrace where you can enjoy a dinner or breakfast

There is no tavern / restaurant close by, so you need to use other options (go by car or prepare your own food or food delivery)

Everything was perfect. We have a great time with a great view. The house was with brand new furniture, everything you need for a perfect vacation. The owners were very responsive and made sure everything was perfect. We left with new friends.

Μια πραγματικά συγκλονιστική φιλοξενία σε ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι. Χαρακτηρίζεται από την πληρότητα στις παροχές του, την καθαριότητα, και τη συγκλονιστική θέα από την αυλή του σπιτιού. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από την οικογένειά μας στον Λευτέρη, που η συμπεριφορά του, η διακριτικότητα και η οικειότητά του μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά την απόλυτη φιλοξενία στο σπίτι του. Ένα σπίτι που πραγματικά αξίζει να το επισκευθεί κάποιος για να απολαύσει την πόλη της Καβάλας κάθε εποχή του χρόνου. Η κόρη μας, πραγματικά το λατρεψε. Ένα μεγάλο επιπλέον θετικό από μέρους μας, η αγάπη με την οποία περιέβαλε η συγκεκριμένη διαμονή και τον μικρό μας σκύλο. Είναι δεδομένο ότι στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας εκεί, θα είναι η κύρια επιλογή μας η διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Este nevoie de un mijloc de transport pentru deplasare la plajă sau alte obiective, fiind amplasată pe deal…majoritatea locuințelor din Kavala sunt construite pe stâncă,l și e cam grea deplasarea pe jos (deal/vale)

Multumit

Curat și tot ce ai nevoie. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, am fost cu 2 copii( 10 și 2 ani). Am avut terasă cu vedere la mare, foarte plăcut sa bei cafeaua dimineața. Gazda foarte primitoare și un adevărat ghid turistic, ne-a spus unde putem manca, ce putem vizita, ce plaje avem în apropiere...

As fi preferat niște balustrade mai înalte la terasă.
