Locanda Paxos 18th Century Heritage Home with Seaview

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Locanda Paxos is much more than a beautiful place to stay; it feels like a home filled with warmth, character, and exceptional attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Gaios, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the boats to Antipaxos and the Blue Caves, while also offering breathtaking views. The house is a masterpiece of aesthetics and thoughtful design, always respecting its history and authentic character. It feels like stepping into another era, yet it offers every modern comfort you could possibly need, making you feel as if you were staying in your own holiday home rather than a rental. One of our favorite details was the vintage record player and its wonderful collection of vinyl records, from jazz classics and Jimi Hendrix to beautiful music from the '60s, creating the perfect atmosphere throughout our stay. The beauty, care, and historical details of the house make you feel that, if you could live inside a dream, this would be one of them. A special thank you to Alkistis, an exceptional host who made us feel that the house was truly ours. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
