Sterna Apartment

Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo. Posizione molto strategica con una bellissima vista sul porto e vicino al centro di Gaios con i suoi ristoranti, Supermarket e Rent scooter. Purtroppo il ns. condizionatore in camera di notte era molto rumoroso fin dal primo giorno: l'abbiamo fatto notare all'agenzia/proprietario ed il giorno seguente sono venuti a fare un sopralluogo con un tecnico che ci ha spiegato che ormai ci sarebbe stato da sostituire il Fan interno, ma essendo un modello un po' datato avrebbero dovuto cercare il pezzo di ricambio (cosa non facile nella settimana di ferragosto) e che ci sarebbero voluti alcuni giorni (in pratica non sarebbero riusciti a cambiarlo prima della nostra partenza). Comunque nel frattempo il tecnico ha fatto in modo ridurre almeno in parte il rumore permettendoci di riuscire in qualche modo a dormire per tutte le altri notti a seguire.

A parte il discorso del condizionatore rumoroso (che potrebbe essere stato anche un mancato avviso del malfunzionamento da parte del villaggiante precedente alla nostra permanenza), direi che il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole.

There was no early check in available or nowhere to leave baggage whilst waiting for check in. There’s a few minutes steep walk to the apartment which I wouldn’t recommended for the elderly or for those with impaired mobility. But the place is still worth it for the central location

Excellent position at 2 minutes walking distance from Gaios center and with great view from the balcony on Gaios marina

Location

There was no parking available even though there was enough space outside the house. The road is terrible, we almost destroyed our suitcases. All the sockets are british and not EU, only 3 adaptors on the flat and one of then was not working. Very annoying being in Greece and not having EU sockets. Staff was not helpful at all, self checkin and checkout, no info about anything regarding the island. Everything very expensive for what it was.
