Niko's and Nora's Studios

The property was exceptionally clean with a bright interior. It was spacious and also had an amazing balcony with a beautiful view of gaios

All exceptional

This place is beautiful and very well equipped - it had towels, a hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo, an iron and board, clothes hangers and more. The bed was very comfortable (we liked that it was a double rather than 2 singles together) and it was extremely clean. The kitchen looks pretty new and the coffee machine worked great. Check-in was easy and flexible. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is up a steepish hill which wouldn’t usually be an issue for us but one of us had an injury which made this a bit more difficult. Something to bear in mind if you are not steady on your feet or have access requirements.

Niko and Nora’s apartments are absolutely wonderful, the views are amazing, great location as only a 7 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, the apartment itself was very clean and organised, also took care to provide with plenty of amenities such as an iron, disposable slippers, a first aid kit, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty more. They were kind enough to regularly daily come and maintain the apartment - throw out the rubbish and change the sheets which was lovely and highly appreciated, we felt very well taken care of. Overall an amazing stay, absolutely worth it!

The apartments are up a hill which for some people may not be convenient if you didn’t hire a vehicle or are an elderly person/ disabled, however it is only a short walk so for most people absolutely doable. There is also a con of the shower being mostly open, turning the bathroom into a bit of a wet room when in use, but isn’t much of an issue.

View was good but in middle appartement so minimal sun on terrace Well equipped kitchen to eat daily

AntsIn the kitchen all the time bathroom bin and toilet cleaner rusty
