Dartmouth Gem River Views & Free Parking

The property was ideally located and had everything you need. The view is absolutely amazing.

Slight drain smell. However this soon went when the facilities were used.

Such a wonderful location. Amazing views up and down the Dart. It was lovely to watch the ferries going on their daily trips from the amazing view we had. The flat was lovely and light. Well equipped with everything we needed though we never cooked a meal there. The beds were very comfortable. Though the steps up to the top bedroom were very narrow and windy not suitable for anyone less then nimble. This room didn't have a view down the river and only had one window to look out of to the right. The other two windows were velux ones. The main bedroom was huge with a fantastic views and a massive bathroom. The back bedroom was small but we only slept there and spent the days out. On the day the weather was bad we had a lovelt relaxing time back at the flat. All the showers were great and powerful. Lovely restaurants near by. Very useful to have a garage to park our car though it won't take a big car. There are quite a few steps inside the property to the different levels. Though this gave the property character. A small utility room also there if needed. We will certainly be back again as we loved the property and it's views and location.

There was no outside light so fiddling with the key was an issue. Luckily our phone torch helped. The back terrace wasn't used but noticed it needed to be cleaned for the summer. Though no view and probably hardly any sun there due to buildings around it. Doubt it would be sat on.

Location and view

Garage was a little small for longer vehicles
