I liked the state of the rooms, the bedding was clean and inviting. A fan was provided due to the heat, coffee and crockery was provided. The Wifi was great and worked well across the property.
The fact that there is one kitchen for all the guests to share and there is only one single door fridge for everyone to share, the fridge is also downstairs whereas our room was upstairs.

The nice lady working there alone doing everything.
Sharing bathrooms.
fridge right at the main door as a result the students who booked next room stole my food from the fridge.
Too much dirt outside window view from room 4.
No mobilizer for the gate one have to bother the poor lady that works alone to stop what she does and go open the gate.
