The Apartment is accessible via Direct Tram #2 from Karlsplatz which is really convenient. The building is safe with building door lock. The apartment has a lock and key which is also secured. Cameras add the security. The apartment Kitchen is good and the bedroom is spacious

The toilet is a bit awkward and there is no exhaust fan for the toilet or shower room. Maybe need an exhaust fan or an automated freshener. The shower room cupboard is missing the first wooden shelf bottom pins to hold and rather falls off when you place some items. Needs a fix. Summers are very hot and maybe 2 fans are needed as there is no air conditioning and unfortunately even after opening the windows and sliding the curtains, the air circulation is not that great to support a good sleep on bed as you will be sweating.

L'appartamento è grande, luminoso e ha un arredamento di base più che sufficiente. Le lenzuola e asciugamani sono adatti e puliti. Le superfici sono pulite. L'ambiente intorno non è rumoroso. Lnche se distante dal centro, la vicinanza ad almeno due linee del tram lo ha reso comodo per il mio soggiorno. L'assistenza in caso di problemi é stata efficace.

La cura dei dettagli non c'é, la manutenzione dell'arredamento é al minimo, non sono stati rimpiazzati alcuni elementi precedentemente presenti. Non che questo sia un male in sé ma c'é un'impressione di decadenza. La pulizia è simile: il posto è pulito, ma con una pulizia non profonda. Il bagno ha un odore sgradevole dovuto all pulizia superficiale, in aggiunta all'odore di scarico che forse non si può rimediare. Anche la camera aveva un odore per me poco sopportabile ma non sono stata in grado di capirne l'origine. La cucina sarebbe funzionale, ma mancano alcune stoviglie, e tutte le posate e le pentole presenti non erano correttamente lavate. Comunque potrei aver voglia di tornarci.
