Vienna Experience

Loved the layout and spaciousness of the apartment. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of cleaning items, soap, and appliances like a microwave, dishwasher and utensils. The unit itself was spotless!! The owner was very prompt in replying as well as helpful in person. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I appreciated the extra detail of laundry soap and a washing machine, as well as a clothing drying rack. It was in a good neighborhood and close to amenities like a grocery store, restaurants and public transportation. The AC was a welcome feature during a very intense heat wave.

No elevator, but only one floor to navigate up. Not a big deal.

Nice location, very close to public transport. Free parking space was a nice perk. The apartment was very clean and spacious, had all promised amenities and everything was working in order. Nice balcony overlooking a private yard, very quiet and peaceful.

Location, value, big space, modern look.

Only hot water in shower. Couldn’t control heat. Rooms were also always hot or cold. Heater in bathroom is broken. Overall nice but pictures made it seem a lot nicer than it was. Nothing you can control but construction very loud. Most of this is easily fixed so looking forward to next time.
