Clean and quiet
The key box is on the different floor from the room floor. You need to carry your language till you reach your room. So unkind procedure the owner is imposing you.

Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt, nah an der U-Bahnstation Ottakring, es gibt auch gute Verbindungen mit Bus oder S-Bahn praktisch vor der Haustür. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind auch in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr günstig und Gott sei Dank bei der Hitze mit einem mobilen Ventilator ausgestattet.
Oberflächlich war die Wohnung schon sauber... aber der Wandanstrich müsste meiner Meinung nach dringend erneuert werden, aber bei dem günstigen Preis kann ich nicht zu sehr darüber meckern.

Barrio tranquilo y bien situado, apartamento en edificio nuevo, cómodo amplio y bien distribuido, cerca del metro y tranvía, supermercados, restaurantes y todo a mano.

Gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt, modern eingerichtet
Die Wohnung als smarthome gedacht. Leider funktioniert die Heizungsregelung überhaupt nicht. Wr hatten teilweise 24,8 Grad in der Wohnung. Es gibt auch keinerlei Gebrauchsanweisung. Alles ist abgewohnt, ein neuer Anstrich würde nicht schaden
