KS70 Apartments

Fabulous location for the Vienna Stadhalle. Apartment was really lovely. La Familigia Italian Restaurant closeby.

Washing Machine would have been nice

・オーブンではなく、レンジがあると良かった ・1週間程度の滞在で、タオル1セットずつ、トイレットペーパー2ロール支給だったので、足りないのでないかとヒヤヒヤした

Good location in the authentic Ottakring district. There are many shops, restaurants and the Brunnenmarkt street market within walking distance but for moving around the city you will need to use Vienna's excellent public transport. I recommend walking to the center at least once though, as it makes a nice walk. The apartment was quite spacious for a studio, comfortable and impeccably clean. We did not use cooking facilities much but there was everything needed for self-catering. Quick and efficient check-in. We didn't meet the hosts but communication was quick.

Two points were a minus in an otherwise excellent place: - separate toilet and bathroom (I understand it is a standard in Austria though) - automatic check-in where you receive a link by a booking.com message and are required to submit your data by this link. This is a bit risky, as booking.com messaging system is notorious for sending scam links. In fact, booking.com warns against submitting any personal data by links sent by message and the host asks precisely for that.

- Gute Verkehrsanbindung - Kaum etwas von den andern Wohnungen mitbekommen -> Gute Lärmisolation - Gute Küchenausstattung

- Dreckiger Backofen (benutztes Backpapier wurde nicht entfernt) - Topper auf der Matratze verschob sich schnell - Sinnbefreite Lichtschalter - fehlende Nachttische f. Ablage direkt neben dem Bett - Esstisch stand in ungünstiger Position (wäre Nachts im Dunkeln öfter gegengelaufen, hätte ich ihn nicht vorher verschoben) - heizt bei warmen Außentemperaturen schnell auf (da helfen auch zugezogene Vorhänge nichts). Danach ist es nur sehr schwer die Wohnung wieder kühler zu bekommen - waren im Mai dort - jegliches Geschirr und Besteck in nur 4er Ausführung, was zu einem zeitnahen Abwasch/Nutzung Geschirrspüler führt (letzteres dann erst zur Hälfte maximal gefüllt)
