DOWA Apartments

Our family stayed in the apartment for a week - the place was calm and silent, you couldn't hear any neighbors or disturbance from the outside. The terrace was very spacious, we enjoyed it a lot. The host was very friendly and extremely fast responding - helped us fast to get around when we had questions. It made us feel safe and welcome.

The apartment is very simple - although it has everything one might need, but some extra touch and details would be nice to add. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but there is one in the basement which is rather inconvenient if you stay for longer time. Plus, a clothe rack for drying could be organized for apartment as well. The bathtube needs some extra coverage/curtain for water not to splash everywhere. The AC didn't work well, needs maintenance since it can get too hot in the peak summer months.

• The check-in and check-out were smooth. • Full functional kitchen, it would have been great if there was a microwave oven. • Clean apartment • Very close to supermarket/grocery store (Billa & Penny) • Excellent wifi connection • We didnt met the host but she was very responsive over phone/text.

• Bit away from central railway station (HBF), theres no direct connection to HBF or Airport. • Bit noisy neighbourhood, as theres few restaurants open till midnight at the groundfloor, but thats not a big problem. • A smart tv would have been great • There was no ventilation in the toilet, after bath the toilet became very moisty

Very nice and modern apartment with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable 4-day stay. Conveniently located near public transport stations, as well as plenty of food, bakery, and beverage options nearby. The hostess was very helpful and responded immediately. She also allowed us to check in several hours earlier and let us leave our luggage after checkout, which we really appreciated.

There wasn’t any cabinet or dedicated space in the bathroom for toiletries and cosmetics (especially convenient for women), and I would especially appreciate having better and more comfortable sleeping pillows.

Location is good; Basic things are all in place, instant coffee and tea is there for anyone in a rush; warm in winter in the main room. Overall a good place to stay if you're mainly going out for the day, good to sleep over for 1-2 nights.

Much colder in the corridor and the bathroom; shower is not covered with glass enough, the water spills out too much; Manual for the coffee machine would also be a good addition as I personally don't use them often but this time I wanted some coffee and I had to spend time looking what model that is and how to use it, eventually abandoning it not to ruin the machine by accident.
