L'appartement est très bien situé, une grande pièce agréable, transports en commun et commerces très facilement accessibles, centre ville et principaux musées à 15 minutes de l'appartement, immeuble très calme. La communication avec la propriétaire est aisée et les réponses sont rapides.
Le manque de luminosité, le manque d'étagères/tiroirs de rangement pour nos affaires, 2 prises inaccessibles, branchement wifi et tv à faire soi-même. Un peu juste au niveau de la vaisselle...

Tram stopte naast de deur
Met de portable radiator was het lekker warm (en die had je ook echt nodig)

Fornuis deed het niet
badkamer kon schoner/is erg koud (stenen vloer)
weinig stopcontacten rondom de tafel in de woonkamer
borden in het keukenkastje waren niet schoon
een buurvrouw had honden die begonnen te blaffen zodra er iemand op de gang thuiskwam

Pokój był czysty, a całe mieszkanie dość duże jak na swoją cenę. Proces check-in self przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. W pobliżu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy oraz tramwajowy i jest dobry dojazd do centrum Wiednia.
Cienkie ściany i hałas od sąsiada, samo mieszkanie było ładne, ale reszta kamienicy mało zachęcająca. W kuchni i w łazience były mrówki. W kuchni znajdował się czajnik oraz cukier, ale brakowało herbaty i kawy. Grzejnik w pokoju nie działał, a mała farelka była głośna, więc nie można było jej włączyć na noc.
