The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is quite spacious. It is located on the top floor, so there is not much noise from the street. The tram stop is in front of the building where the apartment is located. The underground garage is a few steps away.
Attachment of some things, such as the faucet in the kitchen or parts of the shower in the bathroom, could be fixed.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Wien Trip. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Beim Esstisch wäre ein 6. Sessel von Vorteil. Das Badezimmer wirklich eine angenehme Größe, war sehr sauber. Die Einteilung der Zimmer sehr gut passend für Familien (6 Personen), für 3 Pärchen eher nicht so passend, da 1 DZ, 1 3-Bettzimmer und 1 Couch im WZ.
Die steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss für ältere Menschen vl etwas schwierig zu erklimmen, vor allem nachts, da sich die Toilette/Bad im UG befindet. Die Überzüge der Sessel beim Esstisch könnten vl mal eine Reinigung vertragen.
