It is a modern, very nice, and well-equipped apartment. Great location close to the concert hall and swimming pool and not far from the shopping mall and the city center. Good communication with the owner. There is an option to park in the underground garages at Lugner City (8 EUR/day) near the apartment.

The apartment is located in an old building, so the common areas are somewhat worn and there can be some noise, especially in the morning from neighbors, garbage collectors, etc. However, I’ve had the same experience with other accommodations in the center of Vienna as well. The apartment itself is very well insulated against street noise.

Clean, spacious, sunny with street and park view on the 1st floor. Apartment is fully equipped. Furniture new and modern. Everything you need is few steps away. Supermarket, shopping mall, bus station, U-bahn station, parks for children and pets. Also streets around are wide with lots of parking spaces and public garage is just across the street.

There is no light at street entrance, and every neighbor entrance has it. Door is always unlocked and anyone can come in the house, beside new intercom and lock. Entrance and ground floor is dirty and it should be painted. First floor is clean and freshly painted.

In primul rand pot spune ca este una din cele mai ok locatii in care am stat. Apartament utilat cu absolut tot ceea ce ai nevoie: bucatarie complet utilata, baie curata. Comunicare cu proprietarii a fost foarte buna. Mereu la dispozitia ta cu informatii de care ai nevoie. Si mai ales cand este vorba de parcare. De retinut ca in weekend parcarea este gratuita, dar in timpul saptamanii de la ora 9 la 22 se plateste parcarea. Christian m-a indrumat la garajul Lugner City aflat langa apartament si totul a fost ok. Apartament dotat cu centrala termica proprie, deci fara probleme in ceea ce priveste caldura si apa calda. Semnal Wi-fi foarte ok. Destul de aproape fata de obiectivele turistice importante. Self check-in foarte simplu.

Singurul inconvenient ar fi situarea intr-un imobil vechi cu vecini galagiosi. Iluminatul in casa scarii nu e chiar foarte bun. Aceste aspect clar nu tine de proprietari.
