The property is very well located in the heart of the city; Bus 48A (stop at 50 meter) and Tram 46 (stop at 350 meter) provided very easy access to the university of Vienna and other places. The host was available on call/whatsapp to answer my queries; she also sent someone to help me figure out how to operate the lighting in the balcony. The balcony was very pleasant for my morning breakfast and veening time.
I liked everything about the place; nothing to complain. However, here are a a few suggestions to further increase the value of the proprty: 1. A mesh door on the balcony windor/door would further increase the quality of stay, although withut the mesh, I did not get any flies inside. A bread toaster would also help much.

Fijne locatie, je loopt makkelijk naar de oude binnenstad. Heel fijn dat je de auto in parkeergarage onder het appartementencomplex kan parkeren.

The car parking was great once we figured out the elevator to get down to the car park.
