Amazing property and friendly host. And the views!

Dr. Seywald personally met us at the apartment on the scheduled arrival time. He gave us a through tour of the apartment and explained how to operate the spa and washing machine. The apartment is located across the street from the subway and tram station. It was very easy to move about Viennese on the subway and trams. We felt very safe using the subway system and tram lines to get to the museums, palaces and tourist spots in the city. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna.

This is a wonderful flat. It’s very comfortable and well equipped. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our night time sauna looking out over the city lights. Public transport is very close and nearby, we particularly enjoyed being able to catch the trams into the city centre. It was very regular and very convenient. The area could be a bit intimidating at night I was very glad that we were in a group.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay when visiting Vienna. Gorgeous view across the city to the north, east and west, which afforded stunning sunsets. Well appointed kitchen, the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on, a glassed-in balcony and sauna, and plenty of space to spread out and store clothes. Right next to a tram station which made visiting the inner city a breeze. A very special place all around.
