Kriemhild Apartments

L’appartement est grand et lumineux. Les Lots sont confortables. Très bel immeuble dans un quartier sympa - petite librairie juste en face.

La canicule a bien chauffé les chambres, mais il a vraiment fait un temos exceptionnellement chaud.

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Die Betten und Sitzsäcke waren sehr bequem. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und problemlos zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt :)

El alojamiento es muy bonito, amplio y luminoso. Las camas grandes y cómodas y las habitaciones son enormes; aunque no está en el centro, la conexión es bastante buena. Cerca había varios supermercados y cafeterías. El entorno es muy tranquilo, no se escuchaba ningún ruido y los vecinos con quien nos encontramos fueron muy amables resolviéndonos incluso algunas dudas que nos surgieron. Hubo un malentendido con las características del alojamiento que habíamos reservado y lo que nos encontramos, y la anfitriona lo solventó amablemente. Tener en cuenta que el alojamiento que reservamos solo tiene un baño y no un aseo más como se sugiere en las fotos y características del alojamiento.

Aunque aparentemente está limpio, en las zonas que no están a la vista, como bajos de la cama, estaban llenos de polvo, incluso encontramos un par de calcetines. Una de las personas que se alojó es alérgica al polvo y lo pasó un poco mal con este tema. Por otra parte, sugiero que se añada papel higiénico (solo había un rollo para siete personas) y sería necesario también añadir un cepillo para barrer. Por otra parte, no hay oscurecedores en las ventanas y el sol entra de lleno en las habitaciones desde las cinco de mañana; para quienes tengan un problema para conciliar el sueño, deben tenerlo en cuenta.

The check-in process was very easy thanks to the clear instructions provided before our arrival. The secure entrance to the building and the smart lock on the apartment door made access very convenient without the need for physical keys. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The bed linens, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen were all very clean and well organized. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, and we appreciated the power outlets next to the beds. The location was also very convenient. It is about a 10-minute walk (or a 5-minute ride on Tram 9) to Westbahnhof, where it is easy to connect to metro lines such as U3 and reach the city center, including Stephansplatz. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and pleasant, with a park, cafés, and supermarkets just a short walk away. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

The shower holder in the bathroom was broken and could be repaired. Since there is no shower curtain or shower cabin, water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor. It would also be a nice touch to provide small complimentary toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo.
