Really enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful duplex apartment. We were very impressed with the quality and care taken in the renovation of this property. The apartment has lots of quality features and is more spacious than we anticipated. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location in the old town is perfect. It’s located very close to the centre of town, where there are lots of restaurants and shops. It’s also only 2 mins walk across a small park to one of the best views in Dinan, where it’s possible to look down to the Port and the Rance. We noticed in the photographs that the Duplex was next door to the Basillica and were slightly concerned that the bells may be loud. However, it was very peaceful and tranquil and the windows have double glazing. During our stay, the bells rang once at 8am and were not intrusive. We visited Dinan to celebrate my birthday and this property was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended. We will want to return.

We loved the apartment and there is nothing to criticise. We were only there a couple of nights, but if our stay had been longer, it would have been useful to have had an iron (I didn’t find one) and ideally additional storage space for clothes.

Exceptionnel. Appartement magnifique très bien équipé et très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique.

À revoir certainement choses : pas de papier toilette en arrivant (certainement une erreur). Douche bouchée ( il faut nettoyer le filtre de la douche qui était plein de cheveux). Et surtout pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre et pas de store sur le velux et donc réveillé très tôt.

L’emplacement la propreté la déco etc

Franchement on adore ce logement et c’est la deuxième fois qu’on vient. Mais toutes les remarques faites la 1ere fois n’ont pas été prises en n compte. Cette fois ci c’est le summum. Pour ce prix aucun ventilateur et une chaleur à crever. Toujours pas de rideaux occultant dans la chambre alors qu’un rideau sur velux ne coûte rien. Ne pas y aller un dimanche. Les cloches de l’église sonnent durant 15 mn à 9h. Aucun rangement dans la chambre. Les portes serviettes sont cassés depuis un an. Impossible de faire sécher une serviette de plage pas d’étendoir. Bref très cosy mais fait uniquement pour un couple âgé. Et maintenant pour avoir des draps il faut payer 30€ de plus. L’agence Irène publie encore un départ à 7h. Pas de mise à jour. Enfin, louer un tel logement sans Clim ou ventilateur c’est assez gonflé. D’autant plus que le propriétaire grand artiste de Dinan a les moyens de mettre la Clim qu’il a par ailleurs dans son atelier. Beau logement d’artiste mais beaucoup de progrès encore.
