Great location with a beautiful view a short walk away over the bay. Nice spacious lounge and comfy sofa.
Near the local cricket ground which was a bonus and nice to pop in for a drink when its open.
House was in need of a little tlc. Also the bunk beds are slotted under an overhead cupboard. Luckily my daughter is not tall and so she was able to sleep the opposite way around. But it would be no good for older children.
In need of a couple of lamps for the lounge. We moved one from the conservatory but it had no lamp shade cover...

Location, comfy bed, good shower.
Dirty crockery, no outside bin facility for rubbish and previous bag left behind and split by animals making the patio unpleasant. Outside areas could do with some gardening maintenance. With a sun porch and conservatory heating everything up a fan is definitely needed. Maybe ceiling fans. A bit of care would make it really nice.

It was comfortable but in need of refurbishment the doors were difficult to lock the rear garden was a mess not nice to sit outside but we did enjoy our stay the mumbles were lovely ,ps we had need to ring the office and Joe came to help us with the television as the last person did not log off but Joe came out to us and was a lovely man and got it working again so thanks to Joe for that ,

good spot close to coastal foot path
unable to watch bbc channels - world championship snooker was on that week , would have been nice to have been able to watch it in the evenings l think fore warned we would have picked another holiday let - perhaps it would be good idea to mention this on your web site.
