About this cottage rental
Estate located in Lot et Garonne, between Périgord and Bordelais, in the heart of South West France. Furnished tourism classified 3 stars.
At the gates of the Dordogne and Gironde, this restored stone house of 130 m2 with 1 floor is located in the middle of fields, near a hiking trail that leads to the forest.
The cottage has a covered terrace (with outdoor table and chairs), a private park of 3 000 m2, a private pool of 10m x 5m secured at the back of the house with relax and umbrellas, parking and shelter for 2 cars.
Unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-September.
- On the ground floor :
Equipped kitchen open to a dining area (dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, Senseo, toaster) / Storeroom with washing machine, vacuum cleaner / central heating / 1 bathroom with shower / 1 separate WC / Living room (2 sofas: 3 seats and 2 places), 2 armchairs, fireplace, television, DVD / 1 room with a bed of 160.
- Upstairs (attic): 3 bedrooms (two with bed 140 each and one with 2 beds 90) / 1 mezzanine above the kitchen (reading area, board games).
Free WIFI.

Castles of Duras, Bridoire and Monbazillac; Bastides of Eymet, Sainte Foy la Grande, Issigeac, Monpazier; wine route and vineyards of Duras and Bergerac; village of Saint - Emilion less than 1h, cities of Bordeaux, Sarlat, Les Eyzies and Lascaux caves within 1h30. Also: the famous beach of the Dune du Pila (and Arcachon Bay) at 1:45, output feasible on a day.

A lovely barn conversion. The property was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were great and there is plenty of storage for all our baggage.
The pool was amazing and the children enjoyed playing in it. It has a full enclosure and the gate is lockable which means it is safe. The gardens are great and there is some play equipment.
The location of the property is great lots of chateau’s in the local area, several towns and Bergerac not too far away. There were also a number of community events which were very enjoyable.
Nathalie was always very helpful and suggested a number of places we could go. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

A generously sized 4 double bedroom country farmhouse property. Delightful patio terrace . Beautiful safe and gated pool. Sunflower fields surround. Hosts live next door and we’re very attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was well equipped and spacious. It is isolated and quiet , no local amenities in the village . We would love to return one day.
