location excellent - outskirts of small village, parking great - off road and close to Gite. Room is a decent size, cute little private terrace by the door. Most of the furniture is fine, some pieces a little rustic. Lovely large modern bathroom. Bed clean and comfortable, likewise the seating. Kitchen has a serviceable gas cooker, fridge, and hot water. Generally pleasant, and rustic.
Frankly, could be cleaner. Felt we had to clean kitchenware, cutlery, etc before use. Some very dusty corners.

Lovely location,very quiet, good hosts.
Lovely room and facilities.
The pool area and deck chairs were rather dirty, as well as our outside eating area. Needed a good sweep and clean.
Plants were dead, due to lack of water.
