About this apartment rental
A light-filled attic duplex with ocean views, a private sauna, a fireplace, and 150 m² of living space—just 300 m from the Baltic Sea beach.
This spacious accommodations are ideal for families or groups of up to six people and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Whether it’s the ocean view at breakfast, the sauna after a walk on the beach, or a cozy evening by the fireplace in the fall, you can truly enjoy yourself here any time of year.
The apartment features three stylish bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable laminate flooring. Each room invites you to dream and relax. The spacious living and dining room is the ideal place to spend time together or to wind down the evenings in a cozy atmosphere. Here you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a large dining table, and a fireplace that creates a pleasant ambiance.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, leaving nothing to be desired. A kettle, a coffee maker, and a blender allow you to quickly and easily whip up your favorite meals even while on vacation. Enjoy pleasant moments on the covered balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area.
Both bathrooms are modern and comfortably appointed. The first bathroom features a shower, a washing machine, a heated towel rack, a toilet, and an urinal. In the second bathroom, you’ll find a shower, a toilet (separate from the shower area), and a sauna—ideal for relaxing wellness moments after a long day at the beach, which is only about 300 meters away.
Underfloor heating in the bathrooms provides additional comfort, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even during the winter months. Other amenities include your own washing machine, a clothes rack, and other household items for everyday use—you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.
The location speaks for itself: In addition to a picturesque sandy beach, restaurants and shopping are nearby (150 m and 80 m, respectively). Public transportation is only about 100 meters away and offers convenient access to the surrounding area.
Family-friendliness is a top priority here. A stair gate ensures your little ones are safe, while a playground and other recreational opportunities in the area await the children.
Barrier-free access—thanks to a ramp in front of the building and an elevator that stops right outside the apartment door—makes it easy to enter the main part of the apartment, for example, with a stroller or for people with limited mobility. Both showers are at ground level. Only the upper bedroom requires climbing a flight of stairs, and a small step must be taken to reach the balcony.
In addition to a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea, you can unwind in the apartment’s private sauna, which is available for your exclusive use, or sit back on the spacious balcony with patio furniture and enjoy the fresh sea air.
Internet access/Wi-Fi is also available.
The “Sonnendeck” is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation—whether it’s a romantic getaway for two, a family vacation, or a trip with friends. Leave your everyday life behind and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty and diversity of Schönberg Beach.
