About this house rental
The traditional, cozy and charming holiday cottage *** Haus an der Aue - Haus am See *** (pet-free non-smoking house) is tastefully and individually furnished and can accommodate 6 - 7 people.
It is located in California on the Baltic Sea at the end of a very quiet cul de sac right on the widest point of Schönberger Aue (like a long lake, but is no stagnant water - flows gently away) with unobstructed views of the meadows and is only good 200 m from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach - which you can reach on a barely traveled path in a few minutes on foot.
The idyllic natural garden has a lovely breakfast terrace overlooking the quiet moving River floodplain, and 2 south-facing terraces with seating or Sun loungers, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the landscape, the garden and the water and barbecue in the evening at sunset.
The 85 square meters of living space of the house are distributed on living room with tiled stove, a cozy conservatory with additional sleeping facilities, dining area with direct view of the floodplain, kitchen and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (1 bathroom, 1 bath), and 3 bedrooms upstairs with beds for 2 persons each (1 large double bed, 1 queen bed and 2 single beds).
The decor of the house is individual - bright and friendly in the Nordic style. Since it is a well-suited for people with allergies House (no carpets / leather sofa), it goes without saying that pets are not allowed and not allowed to smoke in the house.
The beautifully designed, natural garden of the house is very quiet, is not visible from the outside and invites with its 3 around the house distributed terraces and with its lush splendor of hollyhocks, hydrangeas, roses and reeds throughout the day to relax.
On colder days you can it is also good in the living room to the adjoining conservatory curl up.
The house is ideal for families, for older frail people because of the upstairs stairs only well suited if the single bed in the winter garden is sufficient and not suitable for wheelchair users at all.(I give this information deliberately so explicitly, as in the past a severely handicapped lady has rented the house, without giving me this information on the phone and then gave a bad rating).
We have now purchased a guest bed for the conservatory, so that this room can also be used as a locked garden room - access from the living room or from the garden.
If you are interested, I recommend making a non-binding inquiry before booking.

Es ist ein und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Garten und Blick auf die Au.
Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man an dem wunderschönen Ostseestrand!
Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Süßes Häuschen mit absoluter Strandnähe. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wir würden jederzeit das Objekt wieder mieten, die Lage ist ideal. 5 min zum schönem Strand, 8 min zum Supermarkt und Bäcker. Ruhig gelegen und an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Wintergarten ist perfekt falls es etwas Kühler sein könnte, viel Platz im Aussenbereich mit Terrassen für das Frühstück in der Sonne oder einen Absacker am Abend. ☺

wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und Nähe Supermarkt,.Kaffe, Restaurants und Meer.
Der negativ Punkt ist das die Wohnung nicht nur für alte Leute sondern auch für Kleinkinder nicht wirklich geeignet ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf 2 Stockwerken die mit einer extrem steilen Treppe verbunden sind die ein kleines Kind, mein Sohn ist 16 Monate, niemals gehen kann. Die Fallgefahr ist da zu 100 Prozent gegeben.
Der zweite negativ Punkt ist das bei der Angabe der Anzahl der Leute ich 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind angegeben habe, FeWo einen Preis macht, natürlich ohne das Kleinkind einzuberechnen. Die Vermieterin aber das 16 Monate alte Kleinkind wie einen vollen Erwachsenen abrechnet. In keinem Hotel, Flug oder sonst wo zahlt man für Kleinkinder in dem Alter. Die zusätzlichen 160 euro wurden von der Kaution abgezogen... Dies wurde uns weniger als eine Woche vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Da kann man dann nicht mehr viel machen...
Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer oben,.wobei das mittlerer ein Durchgangs Zimmer ist.
Die Wohnung ansich ist schön und gut gelegen aber durch die oben genannten Rahmenbedingungen nur sehr bedingt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.
Waschmaschine war auch kaputt, dies wurde uns
3 Tage vor Anreise gesagt. Wir sollten in dem 2 km entfernten Dorf für 5 Euro pro Wäschegang waschen. Wir haben aber nirgends in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine oder einen Anschluss gesehen.
