About this house rental
Want to be on a white sandy beach in no time? Do you have one or more dogs? Do you enjoy traveling with the whole family or with friends? Would you like to have a selection of cozy restaurants right nearby?
WELCOME to our new all-inclusive vacation home (bed linens, towels, and many extras)!
With 130 square meters of living space and an additional 550 square meters of garden, you’re sure to feel right at home:
On the first floor, you’ll find:
... a large living-dining room with leather couches, a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a wood-burning stove. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and direct access to the sun terrace.
... a large, open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, separate milk frother, refrigerator, and a separate wine refrigerator (with plenty of little extras to make you feel right at home)
... a guest restroom,
... an utility room with a washer and dryer, a separate freezer, and a second entrance—perfect for when you or the dog gets wet),
... and the beautifully landscaped and fully fenced-in garden with a bench in the rose bed and a giant sandbox. A large gas grill on the sun terrace, along with armchairs, tables, and lounge chairs, invites you to linger for hours. A beautiful white-and-blue beach chair has recently been added, perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening.
On the 1st floor, you’ll find:
... 2 bedrooms, each with at least one large Pax closet and comfortable double beds, each with a TV.
... a large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
On the second floor, you’ll find:
... the third bedroom with a desk
... and the fourth open-concept bedroom and lounge area, perfect for cozy get-togethers and working out... and yes, this is also where you’ll find the fourth TV
The house has one carport along with a shed (e.g., for charging e-bikes) and a second parking space right next to the house. Many little touches are designed to make your stay even more enjoyable, such as a "dog shower," a handcart for the beach, and much more—which we’d love to show you in person.
For dog owners: The house has plenty to offer you and your four-legged friends, too: You’ll find 7 dog beds of various sizes along with blankets, as well as bowls in different sizes, poop bags, and dog towels. The garden is fenced to a height of 1.40 m.
Right by the front door, we’ve also installed an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser for you (currently turned off, but you can activate it).
