The spacious 1,000-square-meter property, which is completely fenced in, offers a true paradise for your dogs and extends all the way to the salt marshes. The dog-friendly beach is also just 300 meters away, ensuring a worry-free vacation.
With 100 square meters of living space, the vacation home offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous amenities to perfectly round out your vacation: beach gear, restaurants, fish stands, bike rentals, and a mini-golf course. These amenities are within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy everything the region has to offer to the fullest.

This luxurious vacation home, built in the charming Frisian style, offers a variety of amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy the comforts of a sauna, a wood-burning stove, a seasonal beach chair, a sandbox, and a handcart, as well as free Wi-Fi, DAZN, and Netflix. The multimedia entertainment system ensures top-notch entertainment: soccer fans can watch DAZN, while movie and TV series lovers can enjoy Netflix.
The house features three bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate kitchen. A south-facing terrace invites you to relax, especially during the colder months, when the sauna and the cozy wood-burning stove provide comforting warmth.



On-site costs: Cancellation policy The guest may cancel the reservation at any time prior to the arrival date. As a result, the owner forfeits the right to the rental price; however, in this case, the owner will charge the following flat-rate cancellation fee, taking into account any expenses saved, which is due immediately:– Up to the 49th day before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price, with a minimum of EUR 200– Up to the 35th day before the start of the trip: 30% of the rental price– Up to the 21st day before the start of the trip: 60% of the rental price– Up to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the trip price– otherwise, 100% of the trip priceIf the rental service is not utilized, the owner is obligated to rent the property to another party as soon as possible in order to avoid losses and minimize damages as much as possible. The owner is nevertheless entitled to a processing fee of 200 euros. I recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Notices of cancellation must always be submitted in writing and addressed directly to the owner. Payment Terms: Upon receipt of the written booking confirmation, a deposit of up to 20% of the rental price, but at least 200 euros, is due via bank transfer. The balance is also payable via bank transfer in accordance with the travel contract. Payment can be made by deposit or bank transfer to the owner’s account. Payment by credit card is not possible. The tourist tax is as follows: - In the early season (March 15 through April 30), an adult pays €1.50 per night.- During the high season (May 1 through September 30), each adult pays €3.00 per night. - During the off-season (October 1 through October 31), each adult pays €1.50 per night.Children under the age of 18 are exempt. Security Deposit: A security deposit of at least €100 is required at the time of booking. This must be paid along with the remaining rent as specified in the rental agreement. For bookings during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period, as well as for rentals with at least 2 dogs, a security deposit of EUR 200 will be charged. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after the guest’s departure. A cash refund requires prior arrangement.
