Sea Peep in Kalk Bay

Lovely well appointed room

The unit is very small, yet has everything we needed.

Sea Peeps is in a great location for exploring Kalk Bay. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops in the area. Not starting the car for a couple of days is always nice for us. If you are new to the area or have more time, a drive along the coast is extremely well rewarded with views and attractions aplenty. An option to driving is to take a short walk to the railway station and use the train. The unit has a small deck with a lovely view over the harbour wall out to sea.

The location of the property is brilliant, very close to restaurants and shops in Kalk Bay. It had everything we needed. The Shower was great. The Coffee machine was a bonus.

Although it was a pleasant stay, here are a few recommendations. The clothing hanger and "storage" are terrible, its old and not steady at all. The hangers are different colours and sizes which doesn't do justice. There is a damp smell. The plug point at the left side of the bed didn't work. There is no drying rack for the crockery. The cutlery and utensils are all dumped in one bowl. An additional shelf above the zink can add value to do a better display and create space. There is no toilet roll holder next to the toilet and no bathroom mat in front of the toilet. The whole place doesn't come across as rounded off with small details. If the weather is terrible (rain and wind), I won't recommend this apartment, it is very small and there is no space or chairs to sit inside
