Sunny Cove Stays

Liked the location , accomodation spacious and well equipped. Apartment cleaned weekly with linen and towels been changed! Excellent security, cameras all around the premises, trellidoors on all sliding doors. Security guard on duty every night frm 5.00 pm - 5.00 am. Cars in secure locked parking.

They apartment was not "ready" on the day I arrived. Bed still had to be made, veranda swept. Just in my opinion the accomodation was not move in ready on the day I arrived. According to the photos on line before I arrived I had rated the accomodation a 9/10 in my head but when I arrived my score dropped to a 6/10, by the time I left. I felt it did deserve 7/10. The guy who opened up and handed over the keys was most welcoming and hurried to make everything ready, but I still felt all that should have been attended to before I had arrived. Furthermore I had read on previous reviews that there were laundry facilities on the premises. I did send a number of emails to the managing company asking to confirm this, they never did. On a my arrival I was shown the washing machine that needed to be card operated. When I requested a card, I was then informed they do not provide that anymore. This was frustrating to me as I had booked for a month's stay, and would need washing done.

Location because we wanted to stay close to our friends.

The furniture looks tired, rug has stains, the whole place specially the shower looks not well maintained.
