Amazing, simply the best

The apartment was spotless clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The sea view was truly breathtaking — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The host was extremely nice and welcoming, provided clear instructions, very pleasant and was always available to help. Good location — close to the beach and near the center. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Spectacular sea view with thoughtful hosting

The sea view from this studio is absolutely stunning - it was the highlight of our stay. We even turned the couch to face the window so we could enjoy the beautiful, meditative view of the sea from inside. It truly doesn’t get much better than this. The host made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The fridge was stocked with drinks, and the kitchen had all the essentials - tea, coffee, biscuits, salt, oil, vinegar, and more. There were plenty of towels (enough to change), toilet paper, and all the comforts you’d need. The studio was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a neat, proper building. The air conditioning was excellent, and it was nice to be able to watch some Netflix and relax. If you’re aware of the street noise situation and can work with it, this place is absolutely worth it for that incredible sea view. We found it very calming and beautiful, and the host’s thoughtfulness made the stay even more enjoyable.

One important note: as other reviewers have mentioned, there’s a busy street in front of the apartment without double glazing, so it can be quite loud during traffic hours. We arrived on a Sunday when it was peaceful due to a market closing the road, but Monday morning was an adjustment! Running the air conditioning fan and using earplugs helped manage the noise during traffic times.

High quality apartment by the sea, but be prepared for street noise

The apartment is really beuatiful, nicely decorated and clean. The sea view is amazing. A walking distance from the Menton train station and old town. Personnel very kind and attentive, replying quickly to questions.

The noise from the street is quite bad and there is traffic 24/7. So I recommend to have some earplugs with you - without it will be hard to sleep.

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we were struck by the stunning view that took our breath away. Monica and her partner greeted us warmly and kindly, making us feel truly welcome! The flat was extremely clean and had everything you needed.

Unforgettable Stay with Amazing Hosts and Stunning Sea Views

During our more than two-week journey along the coast, these apartments left us with the warmest and most unforgettable impressions. The hosts are very open and pleasant people. They sent us plenty of useful information about staying in Menton well in advance. We were greeted with a delicious welcome, which immediately set a positive mood for the entire holiday. As for the apartment itself, everything is new and feels very homey and comfortable. The mesmerizing sea view from the balcony is truly breathtaking - much has already been written about it, and it’s all true. As a special bonus, we were lucky enough to watch an air show right from the balcony, an experience we will never forget. Thank you, Monica and Mauri!

Stunning view in a lovely apartment

The apartment has a stunning view, it was spotlessly clean and had every comfort and convenience for a short stay. Our 7 year old loved Koaland across the road. Monica is a generous host and we had a fantastic stay!

The road below can be a bit noisy, but to be fair, if you want this kind of sea view in Menton there's no way around it. It didn't bother us.

Fantastic apartment

Lovely comfortable studio apartment with a sparkling sea-view. Everything is new and works perfectly. Very good aircon. Nice furniture on balcony. Owners are very nice and helpful.

As shown in the pictures there is a fairly busy road in front of the property. But don’t think you can get this view in Menton without it, as the road runs all along the seafront. Apartment is on 3rd floor so a way above the road.

Un angolo di paradiso sul mare

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento che rappresenta davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso. I suo punto di forza sono il meraviglioso terrazzo attrezzato con l’incantevole vista direttamente sul mare aperto e luce naturale dal sorgere del sole fino al tramonto. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, con una disposizione degli spazi ottimale e arredi moderni e completi. Non manca davvero nulla: dalla cucina attrezzata con ogni comfort (inclusi olio, sale, caffè, pasta, dolci e alcune bevande già presenti in frigorifero), al bagno moderno con una doccia ampia e comoda, fino agli accessori come lavatrice, creme e shampoo a disposizione degli ospiti. Il soggiorno è reso ancora più accogliente dal divano e dal grande televisore posizionato sia verso il letto che verso il divano letto, per momenti di relax in qualsiasi momento della giornata. I proprietari (che parlano anche l’italiano) meravigliosi, decisamente attenti al cliente, disponibili per ogni esigenza, hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole; se poi pensiamo al cadeau finale….. davvero unici! Infine un plus: la disponibilità di un box auto coperto a 5’ a piedi, tenuto conto che tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento. In sintesi, questo appartamento è un angolo di paradiso per un soggiorno rilassante Costa Azzurra: 10 e lode!

Mooie studio met schitterend uitzicht.

Mooi ingerichte studio met een schitterend uitzicht over zee en mooie zonsopkomsten. De studio was schoon, comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Monica en haar partner zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de communicatie verliep heel goed. De koelkast en voorraadkast waren gevuld met allerlei basisbenodigdheden, erg prettig. Smart TV met Netflix, ook heel fijn. Een goed bed, fijne douche. Oftewel helemaal prima.

Wat het verkeerslawaai betreft, daar moet je je gewoon geestelijk op instellen en er zijn ook oordopjes in de studio aanwezig.

Appartamento favoloso sul lungo mare di Mentone

Appartamento favoloso, molto pulito, arredato con gusto, fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più, con elettrodomestici moderni e di ottima marca (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero, forno, piastra ad induzione, aria condizionata, tv grande schermo). La cucina è attrezzata di tutto. Il bagno è elegante e funzionale, con grande doccia dotata di miscelatore termostatico e soffione a pioggia (anche di prodotti da bagno). Inoltre, sempre nel bagno, è presente una luce a sensore di movimento che si rivela utile soprattutto di notte. Molto confortevole il letto ed i cuscini che sono di morbidezza diversa secondo le preferenze. Stupenda la vista mare sia dall'interno sia dall'accogliente balcone con comodi divanetti...sembra di essere sul balcone di una nave...bellissimo! Posizione ottima, basta attraversare la strada per essere in spiaggia, vicino anche a bar, ristoranti e fermate degli autobus; inoltre, c'è molta disponibilità di parcheggi (a pagamento) praticamente sotto casa. Comodo ascensore. Veramente non manca niente! Fantastica l'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, persone squisite, premurose, cordiali, di una tale gentilezza che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Tutto perfetto! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Meglio di così non si può desiderare.
