Very lovely. Helpful & nice proprietors. A wide assortment of birds with beautiful birdsong in the garden.

It can get hot. Needs more fans or an AC when the weather is very warm.

Good

The location is OK, maybe a bit far away from Menton center but not a problem. Apartment was spacious and we liked the terrace. Host was also very nice to provide us with the necessary information.

The apartment has no ventilation or air conditioning. Considering the temperatures during the summer (over 30C), this is a must. Opening the windows does not help much to get fresh air, however, you get a lot of mosquitos. By the time we left, we had some many mosquito bites that my wife and kids were developing some skin rash/allergy due to that.

Superb

Menton is an amazing place, and only a 15-minute ride by e-bike or train from Monaco, and the property is located centrally.

A smart apartment in a good location and perfect for what we needed.

Sad that the gas supply to the property was cut off on the first 24 hours. Although it was fixed swiftly (in 24 hours), which is commendable, we had worked physically hard all day in the heat and needed a shower with hot water but this was not available. The landlord did their best to sort the problem. One point I think that the landlord should note is that walking in to the rental apartment without any notice or even knocking on entry was not good manners. I think a call on the mobile phone to let the men in the apartment know of the visit by two gas men and the landlord, would have been better. other than that, an excellent stay was enjoyed by the men working for me. Thank you, we will book again.

Fabulous

Nice and spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen in the first floor and close to supermarket. The beach and Menton centre are within walking distance.

The only problem in the apartment is the shower which should be fixed.

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment, welches unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird oder werden kann. Unkomplizierter Kontakt via WhatsApp, Zugang mit Schlüsselbox und Badge, hat alles geklappt. Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Menton, und doch nicht unmittelbar mittendrin hat für uns absolut gepasst. Das Zentrum ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, den grössten Teil am Meer entlang, könnte schlimmer sein... ;-) Ein Intermarché zum einkaufen ist gleich vis à vis, hat alles was man braucht, super!

Der Privatparkplatz ist ein Hit, es kann aber sein, dass, wenn man etwas später am Abend zurückkehrt, kein Platz mehr frei ist, und man dann trotzdem irgendwo auf der Strasse etwas suchen muss. First come, first served. Für uns jetzt nicht ein allzu grosses Problem, mit einem wertvollen Fahrzeug jedoch könnte die Situation vielleicht etwas belastend sein.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

L appartement était parfait pour 4 personnes et la situation de l appartement était idéale pour visiter les villes et villages alentours.

La baignoire pourrait être remplacée par une douche. Un petit téléviseur dans la cuisine pour voir les actualités en mangeant serait le bienvenu.

Bien situe entre Menton et Cap Martin, on a fait beaucoup de visites à pied. Appartement lumineux et bien équipé.
