Sunbathing & swimming

Very nice location just in front of the beach with amazing sea view. I can stop here, but it has got well equipped kitchenette, big wide balcony and even sun umbrella for the beach. Air conditioning in both rooms facing sea. Lift will take you to the apartment door. Clean, cosy, comfortable. Shower on the beach

Très bien

Appartement bien aménagé, agréable et fonctionnel face à la mer. La vue est vraiment magnifique, nous nous sommes levés juste pour regarder le lever du soleil. Les instructions étaient très claires et suffisantes pour être autonomes.

La promenade du soleil porte bien son nom mais apporte quelques nuisances sonores quand on est sur la terrasse (surtout le passage des scooters et motos). Nous étions prévenus donc ça ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du moment.

Fantastisk läge med magisk utsikt.

+Magiskt läge med havet som granne. +Fantastisk utsikt och terrass. +Jättefin lägenhet och fräsch inredning, det mesta nytt från IKEA. +Perfekt övernattningslägenhet för oss som var där på besök för en natt. Nära till det mesta och bra parkeringsmöjligheter på gatorna utanför. + Restaurangen Madame Bleue som ligger i samma hus! Fantastisk mat och dryck och underbar atmosfär.

-Tyvärr var det noll ljudisolering och gatan mellan boendet och stranden är grovt trafikerad långt efter midnatt och igen vid 05. Det tutas och körs, inte minst med motorcyklar. Hela familjen var sömnlösa då det kändes som trafiken gick i lägenheten.. - Tyvärr kändes det som att sängkläderna otvättade och hade använts i veckor snarare än nytvättade. - stod att det ingick kaffe för första dagen, samt schampoo och balsam. Då vi bara stannade en natt packade vi inte med något. Inget kaffe, inget schampo eller balsam, bara portionspåsar med duschcreme. Saknade också disktablett och disksvamp så fick improvisera med disken.

Lieu idéal pour passer de superbes vacances ;) entre mer et montagne, entre Monaco et Menton ;)

Appartement face mer, avec grande terrasse, vue magnifique du matin au soir sur la Roquebrune plage. Boulangerie, pâtisserie, resto et pharmacie de 2 à 5 minutes à pieds. Logement bien équipé, spacieux et bien disposé. Propriétaire très gentil et accueillant, il a répondu toujours très rapidement à nos questions.

Tolle Lage und perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment - leider mit zu viel Strassenlärm

Das Apartment hat eine wirklich ausserordentliche Lage mit direktem Meerblick über die ganze Fensterfront. Die grosse Terrasse erstreckt sich über die beiden Zimmer (Schlaf- und Ess/Wohnzimmer) zum Meer hin und ist sehr geräumig, mit Esstisch und zwei Lounge sesseln. Nur eine Strasse trennt das Apartment vom Kiesstrand, der nicht überlaufen war anfangs Juni und zum Baden einlädt ganz ohne Sand überall. Das Apartment ist ausserordentlich gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man sich wünscht (Geschirrspüler, Besteck und Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Töpfe etc, Waschmaschine, Handtücher). Es ist für 2-3 Personen sehr geräumig, ab 4 Personen wird es etwas enger (das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bettsofa aber wir fanden, dass es mit zusätzlichen Personen in diesem Zimmer nicht ideal, bestenfalls machbar ist). Diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, insbesondere ein Bäcker und Carrefour City. Der Meerblick und die Nähe zum Meer machen es ganz wunderbar.

Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Lärms nur sehr schlecht schlafen und die schöne, grosse Terrasse nur bedingt geniessen. Es war einfach zu laut. Die Strasse ist sehr stark befahren und der Verkehr muss dauernd abbremsen weil die Restaurants auf beiden Seiten der Strasse bedienen und auch sonst Fussgängerstreifen zum Bremsen und wieder anfahren zwingen. Es ist eine regelrechte Durchgangsstrasse von Monaco kommend, und leider widerhallt der Verkehr und insbesondere die Roller stark am Gebäude. Der Verkehr läuft bis tief nach Mitternacht (im Juni, noch vor Hochsaison) und spätestens 6 Uhr. Wir sind gute Schläfer, aber hier hatten wir echt Mühe. Eine bessere Isolation der Fenster würde eine bessere Nachtruhe erlauben, aber die Terrasse bliebe weiterhin sehr laut. Hier will man kein Buch lesen oder einfach verweilen, dafür geht man dann zum Strand. Das ist sehr sehr schade und hat unseren Aufenthalt doch ziemlich getrübt.

Wegen des unzumutbaren Straßenlärms würde ich das Apt. nicht mehr buchen

Die Lage des Apt. mit wahrlich fantastischer Aussicht war sehr gut. Bahnhof , kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei in Laufnähe.

Der Lärm von der Straße war unerträglich und endete auch niemals in der Nacht. Man konnte keine Nacht durchzuschlafen. Das bezog sich auch auf das kleine Schlafzimmer. Unangenehm war, dass es bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt von 2 Personen keine ausreichende Duschseife, nur 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier und kein Geschirrspülmittel gab. Die Polsterung des Sofas im Wohnbereich war durchgesessen und erneuerungsbedürftig.
