The location was good and the pictures on the web, the style of the apartment

There was a noticeable musty smell and an odor of old furniture throughout the apartment. The armchairs had visible signs of use from previous guests. In addition, there were hairs on the floor upon arrival, which made it seem that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before check-in + several restaurant bills from the previous guests on the table. Also, they sent a message that we have to clean up after ourselves otherwise there is a cleaning fee (it’s the first time in my entire booking.com usage). The listing stated that key pickup would be on-site, but I received a long WhatsApp message instructing me to collect the key from the office in the city center, which is quite far from the apartment (30 mins walk both ways). After we raised the issue, they eventually agreed to deliver the key directly to the apartment and leave it in the locker. In addition, they ask you to provide information, payments, check/in instructions on the third-party website, which I find very inconvenient taking into account that the reservation is made through booking.com. So, in general, I found the listing highly overpriced overall
