Superb

The apartment was excellent! Very clean and comfortable. It looked even better than in pictures. And the hosts were extremely friendly! They showed us everything in the apartment and told us how to reach other cities. The apartment had everything we needed (included a free parking space). And after a long trip with a baby washing machine was a very useful device. We would certainly come to this place again! :)

Handy & comfy

Very clean and everthing provided for a comfortable stay. Patrick made us feel welcome. The apartment is close to eveything Menton has to offer and has a nice view of the surrounding hills.

Lots of roadwork and building going on, so a little noisy. Remedied if you close all the doors.

Just what one wants in an apartment - plenty of room and facilities.

Very comfortable and every facility one could want. Nice view from the windows and a balcony to sit on though the weather during our stay was 'exceptional' - ie awful: numerous storms. Host was very obliging, collecting us from the station and delivering us back, Baker and supermarket both very close. Double glazing protects the apartment from any road noise.

Good, clean,relaxing,lots of information on Menton and area,local buses and trains.

the property was very secure,all windows had shutters and new air con.The whole bed sit was excellent,clean modern and more than enough cooking equiptment all white good clean and fresh.Patrick was a great host gave us great information of area,ie nearest supermarket and good local bars for snacks and meals. We have passed info to friends and would stop here at Valmont again.

I have nothing negative to say.Our experience was all good.

В цій апартаментах є уму, що може бути потрібно - від базових речей як фен, праска, рушники - до таких як карти місцевості, підлогові ваги, каво машина. Прекрасний бонус - кавомашина. Також є праска, балкон з чудовим видом на гори та пекарня через дорогу.

Один мінус для мене це відстань до пляжу та старого міста - 20-30 хвилин ходьби

soggiorno a mentone

appartamento situato in una via strategica a mentone, a pochissimi passi dal mare e dal centro, casa molto carina, sicuramente per massimo tre persone essendo abbastanza piccola con un solo letto matrimoniale, molto comoda anche la terrazza dove si può mangiare fuori, cucina attrezzatissima (forse troppo) , bagno nuovo e pulito, patrick, il proprietario, ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli al nostro arrivo. consiglio vivamente di soggiornare a mentone essendo un posto strategico per vedere bene tutta la costa azzurra, anche lo stesso paesino è una chicca.

non accettano cani superiori di 5kg, io leggendo pet friendly pensavo accettassero tutti i tipi di animali (cani/gatti), mi hanno comunque fatto soggiornare ma mi hanno fatto pagare €60 (prezzo alla fine più che ragionevole), ho trovato diverse macchie negli utensili della cucina (ad esempio le tazze), la casa non è pronta fino alle 4 di pomeriggio quindi per alcune persone può forse essere scomodo, noi abbiamo dovuto aspettare sulle scale del palazzo, abbiamo avuto anche delle difficoltà per quanto riguarda la lingua ma con il traduttore ci siamo abbastanza capiti, non mi è piaciuto devo dire nel momento del check out, abbiamo lasciato la casa pulita, il mio cane anche se è molto grande è molto educato, addestrato e abituato a viaggiare, patrick ci ha subito chiesto se avevamo o aveva (il cane) rotto qualcosa, e nel caso di dirlo e ripagarlo, insomma non mi è sembrava una cosa molto carina da dire sopratutto vedendo con i suoi occhi le condizioni della casa.

Super accueil très professionnel et très sympathique. Petite surface bien agencée avec équipement complet nécessaire. Endroit calme et très proche de la mer. A recommander vraiment !

Zeer vriendelijke en correcte eigenaar Met parkeerkaart gratis parkeren praktisch voor de deur. Appartement goed geïsoleerd zodat je geen last hebt van verkeer op de avenue. Zeer goed uitgerust met materiaal. WiFi ok. Op wandelafstand, 10 min, van strand en restaurants. Zalig zomers klimaat in september.
