L’appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Grande chambre avec placard . La cuisine intégrée est bien équipée. Le garage qui est un box ouvert en sous-sol est un atout même s’il est exigu car en extérieur il est difficile de se garer .La réactivité de l’agence gestionnaire est parfait, Une belle terrasse mais beaucoup de vis à vis

We had notified the property team through the chat that the AC unit wasn't working. It took 7 days to have this fixed out of our 11 day trip. We were told how to use the AC unit e.g. keep windows closed but we knew it wasn't working and kept expressing that. We sent a message everyday and were told the "team" are notified. It took, after emailing the company who own the apartment, directly on the Friday for them to arrange a fix the following day. For 6 days we dreaded going back to the apartment as it was 30 degrees outside and the apartment gave us no reprieve from the heat. It caused distress between my partner and I as we weren't getting an answer from the team as to when they'd look at the AC unit. We thought then and still think now the team didn't believe us that it wasn't working. We also developed cold and flu symptoms from having the fan that was provided in the apartment blasting at us as we slept for each nighy for 6 nights which didn't help us enjoy our holiday. The above was our only issue with the stay. Things can brake and mistakes can happen but the handling of the issue was dire.
