Everything was good. Very well equiped and clean apartment. Matthieu was a very good host. Apartment is not far from the train station (20 min walking). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by foot.

Cozy flat in Menton

New flat, super convenient to reach Monaco for the Gran Prix Formula 1. We always found a parking lot for the 2 cars we had, in front of the building.

Matthieu was constantly available to support us and help us, there’s nothing we didn’t like :)

Lovely spacey accommodation with enough room to enjoy a comfortable stay. Totally recommend for a couple, or like us, mother and daughter with each our own bed/ bedroom

Déçu de mon séjour dans ce logement. Bruillant...

Appartement propre rien à dire, par contre manque des équipements seulement 3 cintres dans la penderie du coup nous avons dû en acheter chez Gifi Menton ainsi que des bols pour déjeuner le matin et 3 verres pour l'eau. Que nous avons laisser bien entendu.

Alors concernant l'emplacement de cette appartement je le trouve assez loin du centre et plage comme indiqué sur l'annonce le mieux était de prendre la voiture. Pour l'immeuble comment dire un peu... un peu déçu de l'environnement plutôt quartier à mon goût très bruillant les voisins au dessus et les véhicules sur le parking derrière à 7h30 démarre sous la fenêtre de la chambre et devant une nationale dès le matin. Alors je pensais pouvoir me reposer tranquillement cette semaine du coup ça n'a pas été le cas. De plus le propriétaire dès le premier soir m'envoi un SMS me demandant de plus faire de bruit après 22h car les murs était des feuilles de cigarettes effectivement je confirme cela nous avons entendu la personne en haut prendre la douche et WC et les fameuses personnes qui fallait pas déranger après 22h celle-ci par contre manquait de respect à mon égard. Enfin bref merci Mr Mathieu pour votre bien vaillance.

Très bien car nous n’avons pas utilisé la voiture du week-end

La propreté et l’équipement du logement. Là place de parking sécurisé. Les commerces à proximité.

Le manque de lumière dans la cuisine. Le bruit des voisins du dessus qui marche avec des talons en pleine nuit.

Appartement très sympa, parfaitement propre avec tout le nécessaire, la literie parfaite ,il y avait même le café de prévu pour le matin seul petit bémol pas de sucre 😁.le système de photo pour nous guider cool.place de parking appréciable.
