Great stay, a few recommendations for the host

Nice place, the whole house just for you. There was everyhing we needed. Great location, shops and restaurants nearby. The guesthouse was clean, there were also some books, playstation, even bbq/grill - but we didn't use the grill because it didn't function and was very expensive to use??? The place was easy to find, the parking was great and we appreciate the little garden where you can spend time. Also pet friendly :-)

A few recommendations for the host - the house was full of mosquitos and there were no insect repellents - we recommend buying a lot of mosquitos spirals. The dishwasher was very dirty and smelled bad, we had to clean it. The second room didn't have a normal bed, it was like two extra beds put together and very loud you couldn't even move so you won't wake up the other person. If you improve these little things, it would be perfect!

Wonderful

We loved everything about the apartment, the location, the private terrace and the communal garden. The garden is a heaven, the best is to sit there in the morning with a coffee, it's so quiet you cannot hear cars, only cikadas. The apartment has everything you can possibly need (we only needed to buy food and coffee capsules which were there but we used them). It takes about 20-25 mins to get to the old town by foot but there is a bus stop just outside of the apartment. Bus number 2 will take you to the Casino, museum or Marche for €1.80. The train station is about 7-10 mins away. The communication with the host was excellent. When we checked in, we realised we did not get a bed linen for the sofa and it was brought to us promptly. Highly recommend to anyone!

I would only suggest to communicate the check in and check out instructions a bit earlier. The inicial information and our agreement was that the host would wait for us at 3pm at the apartment. When we were on the train, I connected to the wifi and found a lenghty information from the host how to self- check in, the passwords, parking etc. As I was trying to read it all, take screenshots etc I did not pay much attention to where we were and we missed the stop. Also, the day before we left, we got a basic information how to check out -to clean the kitchen, take the rubbish out and where to leave the keys. The next morning, we got another email with more detailed instructions, but we were already in the airport waiting for our flight. Oh, there were ants in the apartment (we learned we had to clean better) and insects in the garden which bite a lot. But, should we come again, we would 100% choose this apartment over some noisy one in the main touristy location.

Very good holiday

Very nice building, in a calm zone. The photos were exactly like the appartement Was comfortable and we enjoyed the terasse as well. Several bakeries, groceries are close, goid restaurants and the beach is also walking distance Bruno was always very responsive and the given instructions were precise. He was kind and he was flexible fir check in and out I strongly recommend

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa neuve avec toutes les commodités et le calme. A recommander.

L'emplacement est très bien. La déco très agréable. Lieu très calme.

La télé qui ètait mal branchée. Nous avons été dépannés seulement un jour et demi après et de ce fait avons manqué un soir notre émission préférée!

Bettlaken 2. Schlafzimmer schmutzig und das Lattenrost war kaputt, musste repariert werden. Mikrowelle hat gequalmt und gestunken. Für 4 Person fehlt ein Barhocker.

Ottima pulizia della casa, posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Mentone. Stazione ferroviaria molto comoda per potersi spostare in tutta la Costa Azzurra. A disposizione seggiolone, culla, vasino per i più piccoli.
