Tim was a very helpful owner and his house is beautifully equipped and a lot of thought has clearly gone into making sure there is everything someone would need for a nice stay. The location right by the sea front is so handy and having a car parking space was the icing on the cake.

But it would be a good idea to have a hand rail on the steps between the dining room and the lounge as they are quite deep

The property was in an excellent location, and Tim, the host made sure the house was warm and welcoming for us.
It was very clean and comfy with immaculate facilities. I would definitely recommend No 12 for a stay!
There is nothing to find fault with.

Very well equipped , warm& cosy , clean , modern furnishings , helpful owners who greeted us and came round quickly when we gad a problem
Close to harbour ,beach ,restaurants ,shops
Parking spot close by
Unfortunately the shower room floor flooded - due to exceptionally heavy rainfall we understand - we had prompt response from owner
The lounge whilst cosy was a little dark - nice ambiance and cottage feel though - maybe brighter sidelight so you can read would be a nice addition ?
NOT a negative- but a reminder -for visitors - take your Netflix and prime login details !
