This cottage was the perfect place for our group of 6 friends. The location, just being around the corner from the Cobb and all the pubs and restaurants, was amazing. Our hosts answered all our questions before arrival in a timely manner so that there was no confusion. We found our parking spot very easily due to their directions. The place was super clean, the bathrooms were comfortable with a good shower (always important we think) and we spent 2 very happy evenings around the large convivial table. We all slept well in the lovely beds.

Fab location, lovely decorated equipped house. Comfy beds.
A tv licence to watch live tv would be good. I myself was not remotely upset but 2 of our party couldnt watch the live boxing on netflix.
