Location is close to the beach as well as to public transport heading to Alicante, no trouble getting to the city center in 20min or so.
In reality the bathroom is shared even though the reservation stated it was personal - no other guests were present so we had that luck and didn't need to share it with anyone.

Localização boa, perto de transporte público e um condomínio muito confortável com piscina e quadra, senhorio muito simpático, casa muito limpa, organizada e confortável.
A parede com o quarto do lado é um pouco fina, e se a pessoa falar um pouco mais alto você ouve, e só há como trancar o quarto com cadeado quando sai, deveria ter uma tranca do lado de dentro do quarto.
