The place has a very good location, just about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach. There is also a large shopping mall very close by, which is very convenient for daily needs. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the apartment worked well for a holiday stay.
The window in the room is quite small and faces the street, so it feels a bit limited in terms of privacy when the curtains are open, as the bed is visible from outside.
Communication with the host was mainly in Spanish, and replies were also in Spanish even when I wrote in English, which made communication a bit more difficult. I also asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in but did not receive a response.
For a longer stay, a few additional basics could be helpful. For example, no cleaning tool was provided for maintaining the apartment during a 7-day stay, and for two people only two bath towels and one face towel were available, which felt a bit limited.
