I arrived late at night (1am) and staff waited for me. Show me everything, language barrier was not an issue, he was used to use google translate.
Bus stop to the city was right by the appartment.
I traveled in early february and the room was extremely cold. I set ac on higher temperature in living room, but was still very cold from the window.
The door mechanism in bathroom fell off when I locked myself in. Luckily another person was present and helped me to get out. Would be unfortunate if I was alone there.
Walls were thin, you could hear a lot noise - earplugs fixed the issue.

Good location with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There are also buses running from the apartment to the central beach.
