Apartment Alicante

no me gusto que el apartamento queda en el quinto(5) piso y no tiene ascensor lo cual no lo mencionaron en ningun momento

The flat is all you need. Spacious with a balcony and a cool breeze. Two large bedrooms with functional kitchen and bathroom. The neighbourhood is buzzing with a great local cafe opposite. It is well located for buses and Trams into the centre. And the price is much cheaper than in the centre. Overall I would recommend it.

The staff were a little pushy about arrival times and leaving times. Arrival times can only ever be estimates and the check out is stated as 12, so just accept that that is when we will leave and go in after that time.

The apartment is 50min walk from the harbour but there are local buses that are very frequent and the bus stops are very close to the apartment. In the are there are convenience shops for all you might need as well as bakers and a pharmacy. There were extra blankets in the apartment, which was handy as it was cold at night.

A bit noisy at night with a city noise but nothing that stopped us sleeping. The mattress could use an upgrade..

Quinto piano senza ascensore. Purtroppo non era pulita al meglio, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi molte cose. Abbiamo cucinato (dopo aver pulito le stoviglie) e forse le pentole e padelle non sono adatte per l’induzione. In ogni caso non si possono mettere a cuocere più di 3 cose insieme perché il piano va in blocco. Pensavamo che il frigo fosse rovinato dalla ruggine invece era sporco. C’era scritto animali non ammessi (noi non avevamo animali) ma abbiamo trovato croccantini di cane sparsi in giro. L’appartamento è molto caldo, ci sono in dotazione dei ventilatori. Il bagno anch’esso era sporco quindi l’abbiamo lavato, il lato positivo è che c’è il bidet. Da rivedere il divano, si tolgono i cuscini e si sprofonda. Tantissime altre cose ma mi limito qua.
